I sent 2 lobsters as a birthday gift. They absolutely loved them.
Delivery as expected. Quality packing with Fresh and Quality products. Well worth the price! Definitely recommend!
We prepared the tails and cooked them sous vide at 136 degrees for 60 minutes. Prep involved removing the meat intact. Two tails, sprig of tarragon, a tablespoon of butter sliced, all in a vacuum sealed bag. It was delicious.
