Maine Cookout Classic
Classic Jordan's Red Hot Dogs
If you want to truly experience summer in New England, you need to try out classic Maine red hot dogs. They are a staple in Maine this time of year. You'll love the way they snap open when cooked, and the savory blend of premium pork and beef packed into every bite.
Red Snappers for Your Summer Cookout
In Maine, we call these hot dogs "red snappers" because of their crimson hue and the way the natural casing snaps loudly with every bite. They are perfect to cook outdoors on the campire or grill, or even inside throughout the year. Don't miss out on including this Vacationland favorite in your next seafood cookout.

Living in Ohio without red snappers makes July 4th a bit less fun. So glad my sister sent me this picnic pack! love them!
I’m from Maine and live in Tucson. one of the things you can’t get here is red hot dogs. My mom sent me lobster for my birthday. Through Maine lobster now. I checked out their website and was thrilled to see that they offer a few things from Maine other than lobsters. I bought 2-3 lb packages of red dogs and the shipping overnight was 40 bucks. I was only gonna get one package and the shipping was $40 overnight. I added two and it was the same overnight shipping. They shipped on Monday I got them on Tuesday very well packed. I broke the dogs down and vacuum sealed and into my freezer. My next purchase is more lobster. thanks, Bob in Tucson.
The Red Snappy Hot dogs or what I fondly call them…”Poor Man’s Lobster” brought back many childhood memories.
Our guest loved them.
After moving south, we missed the snap from Jordan's Red Hots after years of eating them in New England. It was a real treat to see them available here. Not only are they delicious, but much bigger than any other available hot dogs.
