Heat water to a boil, gently place in the Ravioli and cook for 5-7 minutes or until they float. Depending on how you like your pasta cooked, you may add or subtract time to this process. Weighing in at 1.5 oz each, these ravioli are a mouth full! Whether eaten simply with oil and salt or in a delicious marinara they will be the highlight of your meal.

Lobster Ravioli in Creamy Lemon Dill Dressing

Ingredients

  • 5 pieces Lilly’s Lobster Ravioli
  • 1/4 c. greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. lemon zest
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 large sprig of fresh dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make It

  1. Cook Lobster Ravioli and set aside to cool.
  2. For the dressing– Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, zest, and finely chopped garlic and dill. 
  3. Once combined, toss cooled Lobster Ravioli in fresh dressing. Serve chilled.

The best lobster Ravioli. It is loaded with lots of lobster and cooks up perfectly... I do miss the pairing with the sauce it used to come with though
