Very happy with the haddock. I could not find any haddock here in central Illinois so I ordered from the east coast. Main Lobster Now had good prices and fabulous shipping parameters. Their shipping prowess clinched it for me. The haddock had froze during shipping but it defrosted in the fridge in a day. I copied a meal I first enjoyed at the Tugboat Inn in Booth Bay, ME, it came out perfect!

The 3, large lobsters arrived alive, beautifully packed and on time. They cooked up perfectly and 9 people enjoyed my January birthday dinner. Delivery was amazing since we live in a rural part of Pennsylvania. Thanks for including the seaweed which I used in the lobster pot with the lobsters.
They use Atlantic Bay. Lobster tails have always been our favorite! Coldwater lobster tails are always the best! This company has never let me down! When we ordered them, they were both huge lobster tails! We tried a different company about four years ago and one came way undersized than what than what they mentioned. You will never go wrong and if you like a lot of lobster meat, these are the size tails you should get if that’s all you’re gonna eat! I have always preferred just to eat a big lobster dinner rather than pairing it with vegetables, steak, etc. etc.
Everything was great! Very well packed. We were not able cook them the day they arrived so we were worried we might lose some. We stored in the refrigerator with the original package. Out of the 12 lobsters only 1 did not make it through the night. So we were happy the others made it. Great lobster bake.
So fresh and delicious! Ordering and shipping went smoothly. We will be ordering more for sure.
Let me just say these lobsters were the best I’ve ever had, and I grew up on Cape Cod watching the lobstermen unload their traps! We ordered 5 2 1/2 pounders; cooked them for 18 minutes in salt water, and they were perfection. Everyone ate their whole lobster, swimmmeretts included.
It’s so nice to know we can still have live lobsters delivered, now that we are living in SC.
If you are hesitant about ordering live lobsters, order them; you won’t be sorry. They are packaged well with lots of seaweed, and cold packs. Will definitely get these again!
