Each order of Gulf of Maine Steamer Clams is shipped in a 1 lb. bag, which will include anywhere from 8-10 steamer clams. It is recommended to serve 1 lb. as a main dish, or 1/2 pound as an appetizer.

Your Gulf of Maine Steamer Clams arrive fresh and are never frozen. It is recommended to leave clams under refrigeration at all times until ready to eat. For the best flavor, we recommend eating your clams within 48 hours of delivery.
