It was the freshest lobster I’ve ever had. I don’t know if you’ve ever tried lobster tail as sashimi, but it’s absolutely delicious. The meat is firm and bouncy, with a sweet flavor that intensifies as you chew. Since the lobster was extremely fresh, we enjoyed the tail as sashimi and steamed the rest. Our guests were all blown away by how good the lobster tasted.
Made a tasty ceviche from extra large scallops and halibut. Turned out excellent with no off flavors. Great products for raw fish lovers!
