We prepaid for 5400.00 in product even after a bad customer experience where we received an email stating that we may want to take our business elsewhere after being told at the start of the month that they were not busy and would have zero end of the year issues to all of a sudden rush rush and no response. This is quite disheartening since we have used this company for multiple years with the same size oeder. At this point we have received zero response on our last $200 order request and will probably have to dispute the entire charge with our credit card company.
