This type of tuna is very popular for sashimi, poke bowls, and sushi.  You can order 2, 3, or 4 pound portions that we cut in house. The best way to enjoy raw tuna is as sashimi or in a poke bowl. For sashimi, slice the tuna thinly and serve with soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger. For a poke bowl, cube the tuna and marinate it in soy sauce, sesame oil, and a touch of rice vinegar, then serve it over rice with toppings like avocado, cucumber, and seaweed. Both methods highlight the freshness and flavor of the tuna.
