Order Alaskan Red & Golden King Crab Broken Pieces & Claws Online

Step outside the box (or the crab pot) and experience these one-of-a-kind Red/Golden King Crab Pieces, Knuckles & Claws! Still jam-packed with succulent, sweet Alaskan Red & Golden King Crab Meat, these pieces, knuckles and claws will delightfully surprise you and your dinner guests. This meat is particularly amazing for King Crab Rolls, soups, pastas and much more! When caught, our Alaskan Red King Crabs are fully cooked at the dock before they are flash-frozen to seal in freshness. You won’t find any Red or Golden King Crab products that are fresher, unless you went out and caught them yourself (highly don’t recommend).

As part of our commitment to sustainable seafood, Maine Lobster Now responsibly sources Red King Crab from the Icy cold waters of the Northern Pacific Ocean as well as the Bering Sea.

Typically, a serving size of King Crab Meat is about 5-6oz. per person, meaning that one pound of King Crab Knuckles will yield enough servings for about 2 people. Stuff these King Crab Knuckles and Claws into some brioche buns to create the perfect King Crab Roll; dip the meat into some savory melted garlic butter for a simple, yet classic appetizer; mix this meat into your favorite creamy pasta recipe. There are just so many culinary possibilities for our King Crab Knuckles and Claws!

Nutritional Benefits of Red King Crab Meat

Crab Meat is a high-protein meat source that comes packed with vitamins and minerals. Like other shellfish and seafood we sell, crab could be added to the growing list of “superfoods” health experts recommend.

Crab Meat offers a whopping 16 grams of protein per 3 oz. serving. Crab Meat also contains vitamins B12 and C, and the antioxidants zinc and selenium. Zinc helps support bone mass and immune function, while selenium aids in preventing cellular damage. And there’s more. Crab Meat is also rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which help lower inflammation and can reduce the risk of heart disease.
