Baking Instructions: Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove pie from plastic wrap, place on a cookie sheet, and bake for approximately 1 hour or until golden brown. Let it cool, then enjoy this flavorful, gluten-free pie.

I ordered the 6-8 oz lobster tails

I ordered the 6-8 oz lobster tails, lobster bisque, 2 filets, lemon tort pie as a Father’s Day gift for my husband. All were incredibly delicious. I baked the lobster tails for 15 minutes at 350 seasoned with sea salt and lemon juice. We grilled the filets seasoned with sea salt, ground fresh pepper and garlic chips. They were tender and a perfect accompaniment to the lobster tails. Plus my husband is a celiac and all products I ordered are gluten free.

I bought this for my mom's birthday because I couldn't be with her to make my own lemon pie for her. She just loves it. I had bought it for my sister's before her and demanded for her own birthday. I'll be buying it again!!

This is one of the BEST tarts I have ever had, not to mention I love lemon. The curd was very lemony with a very nice butter/nutty crust. YUM! I would buy it again. THANK Maine Pie Company!
