The clams were very sandy and we were unaware that we had to take pictures of your product in order to prove their flaw. We have been a customer for a very long time & excited to open your pkg to eat your food never thinking to take a picture of our mouth while we eat the sandy clams to prove they were sandy! Who in the world ever thought up this rule? Your quality is always good & the one time we send a concern letter we receive a notice like this. How ridiculous! Sorry unable to do so as we were unaware of such a crazy idea as it was not seen on anything received.

Bought this for my daughter who loves seafood but lives in Michigan and can't get good Seafood easily. I needed a gift that would knock her socks off as she just completed her Masters! She was surprised and loved it! You are also one of the only companies I could find that included steamers instead of Little Necks. I wanted steamers for her. She said the meal was wonderful, seemed to thoroughly enjoy it and I was happy with all that was included for her! It was packed well and arrived when it was suppose to.

Such a great present for my lobster loving Dad who lives in Florida. The 2 pounder lobsters arrived kicking, chowder was raved about, and whoopie pies completed the dinner. I will definitely be ordering the clambake again! Thanks!
