The dinner pairs live lobster with U.S.-raised WinterFrost American Wagyu filet mignon and a prepared smoked-lobster dip. Serving and preparation
Planned for two people, with one whole lobster, one 6 oz. filet, half a pound of potatoes, and one whoopie pie per person. The dip and butter are shared. Lobster weights include the shell and are not edible-meat weights.
The lobsters arrive live and require cooking at home. The steaks are raw and frozen. Follow each product's current storage and cooking instructions; cook the potatoes separately. Serving suggestions may show crackers, garnishes, or other accompaniments that are not included.
Storage and delivery
This dinner contains live lobster alongside frozen steaks and other separately packaged items. Follow the live-lobster handling instructions promptly on arrival, keep steaks frozen until ready to thaw under refrigeration, and store each accompaniment according to its own label.
