Servings and preparation
Planned for four people: one 8 oz. salmon portion, approximately half a pound of potatoes, and one whoopie pie per person, with butter to share. The salmon and potatoes require cooking; this is not a ready-to-eat meal. Cooking oil, seasonings, and any additional vegetables are not included.
Remove vacuum packaging before refrigerator thawing. Cook the salmon to 145°F internally and cook the potatoes separately until tender. Keep raw seafood and juices away from the desserts and other ready-to-eat food.
Storage and delivery
Keep seafood frozen until needed and thaw under refrigeration. Follow each component's storage and preparation label; fresh potatoes should not be treated as frozen seafood. Delivery dates and charges follow the current checkout options. No bundle-specific free-shipping offer is included.
