What’s included

  • One wild-caught North Atlantic halibut fillet: 16–18 oz., raw, frozen, boneless, and skin-on.
  • Maine red potatoes: one 1 lb. package.
  • Two Original Labadie’s Maine Whoopie Pies: 3.5 oz. each.
  • One Kate’s Butter stick: 4 oz.

Servings and preparation

Planned for two people: divide the 16–18 oz. halibut fillet into two portions, with approximately half a pound of potatoes and one whoopie pie per person. Butter is shared. Fish and potato weights are before cooking. This is a fixed dinner package; cooking oil, seasonings, and additional vegetables are not included.

The halibut arrives raw and frozen and requires cooking. Remove or puncture the vacuum packaging before thawing under refrigeration, following the package directions. Bake, roast, grill, or pan-sear using your preferred recipe and cook the fish thoroughly. Cook the potatoes separately until tender. Keep raw fish and its juices separate from desserts and other ready-to-eat foods.

Storage and delivery

Keep halibut frozen at or below 0°F until needed. Thaw under refrigeration at or below 38°F and cook within 24 hours after thawing. Follow each accompaniment’s storage instructions; fresh potatoes should not be treated as frozen seafood. Available delivery dates and charges follow the store’s current checkout options.
