WinterFrost American Wagyu ribeye and 1 lb. of U/10 Maine scallops make a generous surf-and-turf meal, with Maine red potatoes, whoopie pies and Kate’s Butter.

One ribeye, shared by two: Cook, rest and slice the steak, then divide the scallops between two plates.

Serving and preparation

This dinner is planned for two people, with approximately 8 oz. of raw steak and 8 oz. of raw scallops per person. The ribeye and scallops arrive raw and frozen and require cooking. Thaw under refrigeration and follow their individual package instructions. Cook the potatoes separately, and serve one whoopie pie per person. U/10 describes the scallop size grade; the exact count varies.
