Make the ribeye the centerpiece of a surf-and-turf night with our Maine Lobster Tail & Wagyu Ribeye Dinner for Two. One richly marbled, boneless 16 oz. WinterFrost American Wagyu ribeye is paired with two 8–10 oz. Maine lobster tails, Maine red potatoes, whoopie pies and Kate’s Butter.

One ribeye, shared by two: Cook, rest and slice the steak for approximately 8 oz. of raw-weight beef per person, with one lobster tail each.

Serving and preparation

This dinner is planned for two people. The ribeye and lobster tails arrive raw and frozen and require cooking. Thaw under refrigeration and follow each component’s cooking and handling instructions. Lobster tail weights include the shell. Prepare the potatoes separately and serve one whoopie pie per person.
