This fixed package is planned for four people, with one lobster tail and one crab cake, one 16 oz. chowder and one whoopie pie per person. All dinner accompaniments are portioned for four.

Serving and preparation

The lobster tails arrive raw and require cooking. Thaw under refrigeration and follow the lobster-tail cooking instructions. Prepare the crab cakes and heat the clam chowder according to their package instructions. Keep raw seafood separate from desserts and other ready-to-eat food. Lobster tail weights are before cooking and include the shell.
