Servings and preparation

Planned as a feast for two: one lobster tail, approximately 8 oz. of scallops, half a pound of potatoes, and one whoopie pie per person, with butter to share. Seafood weights are before cooking; lobster tail weights include the shell. Scallop counts vary.

The lobster tails and scallops are raw and require cooking. Additional cooking oil, seasonings, vegetables, shell crackers, and butter warmers are not included.
