What's included

• Two Maine lobster tails: 8-10 oz. each, supplied as one two-pack.
• Frozen Maine scallops: one 1 lb. pack of the 10/20 size.
• Colossal Black Tiger Prawns: one 2 lb. pack of raw, shell-on prawns.

Portions and preparation

Includes approximately 4-4.25 lbs. of seafood before cooking. Lobster and prawn weights include their shells, not just edible meat. Scallop counts vary. This is a seafood assortment, not a complete dinner for a fixed number of people; portion it to suit your recipes and appetite.

All three seafood components are raw and frozen and require cooking. Potatoes, butter, desserts, sauces, seasonings, shell crackers, and butter warmers are not included.

Thaw under refrigeration following the individual package instructions; remove vacuum packaging before refrigerator thawing where applicable. Prepare each seafood component using its own cooking instructions and cook seafood to an internal temperature of 145°F. Keep raw seafood and its juices separate from ready-to-eat foods.

Storage and delivery
