A simpler Maine dinner for two: live lobsters and Bangs Island mussels with clam chowder, Maine red potatoes, butter and a supplies kit for opening the shells. Previously known as the Lighthouse Dinner.
Planned for two people: one 1.5 lb. live lobster and one 16 oz. clam chowder per person, with 2 lbs. of mussels, 1 lb. of potatoes and a 4 oz. butter stick to share. The supplies kit contains two bibs, two crackers, two shellers and two wet naps. Shellfish weights include shells.
Cook live lobsters and mussels according to their product instructions. Live lobsters are best cooked on arrival. Cook potatoes separately until tender; heat each chowder according to its package directions. Melt the butter for serving and use the supplies kit according to its instructions.
Live lobsters are best cooked the day they arrive; keep them cool and moist, never submerged in fresh water or sealed airtight. Refrigerate live mussels in breathable packaging. Store chowder, butter and potatoes according to their separate labels. Follow each component’s handling instructions.
The Maine lobster component is sustainably sourced and wild-caught in Maine. The Maine lobster in this package is traceable to our partner docks in Maine. Bangs Island mussels are sustainably sourced and rope-grown in Casco Bay, Maine. New England clam chowder is a separate prepared recipe. Check each component’s current package for ingredients, origin and handling instructions.

This was a gift in celebration of my 70th birthday. I was amazed at how quickly they arrived and how meticulously they were packed
I followed the video when cooking them and did put them in the freezer first for about 30 minutes I also put them on ice when they came out of the pot They were delicious and so fresh

Ordering was easy and delivery was on time! The lobsters were fresh and still.alive. Everything was packaged really good. We also had the clam chowder and lobster bisque. Super easy to heat up. Everything was really delicious! We will be ordering from them again.
