What’s included

  • One North Atlantic halibut fillet: 16–18 oz., raw, frozen, boneless and skin-on.
  • One Pacific black cod (sablefish) fillet: 1–1.25 lbs., raw and frozen.

Servings and preparation

Each fillet is approximately two servings. Prepare the halibut and black cod separately or together using your preferred baked, roasted, grilled or pan-seared recipes. Their different thicknesses and fat content can produce different cooking times. Additional ingredients, side dishes and seasonings are not included.

Storage and delivery

Keep both fish frozen at or below 0°F. Before thawing vacuum-packed fish, remove or puncture the packaging. Thaw under refrigeration at or below 38°F and cook within 24 hours. Available delivery dates and charges follow the current checkout options.
