Serving and preparation

The prawn package generally contains approximately 12–16 prawns. Each guest receives one 4 oz. filet mignon, with prawns, potatoes, and butter shared between two people. The prawns and steaks arrive uncooked and frozen. Thaw both under refrigeration and prepare each item separately according to its individual cooking instructions. Store the potatoes separately in a cool, dry, dark place.
