Portions and serving
This fixed assortment contains 128 oz. of soup total: eight 16 oz. bowl portions or sixteen 8 oz. starter portions. Prepare a pack when you need it or heat several for a gathering. Bread, crackers, bread bowls, and other accompaniments are not included.
Storage and heating
The soups arrive frozen. Keep frozen until needed and thaw under refrigeration before heating, following the individual package instructions. The component heating directions call for heating each thawed soup pack in hot 180°F water for approximately 8-9 minutes, or until the soup reaches 165°F. Follow the package directions for the supplied container; do not boil or microwave. Heating several packs together may require additional time.
