Portions and preparation
Includes ten 8 oz. salmon portions, 5 lbs. of fish total before cooking. This is a seafood box, not ten complete dinners. Potatoes, desserts, butter, sauces, cooking oil, and seasonings are not included.
Both salmon varieties are raw and frozen and require cooking. Thaw only the portions you plan to prepare, following the individual package instructions. Remove vacuum packaging before refrigerator thawing. Bake, grill, or pan-cook using your preferred recipe and cook the salmon to an internal temperature of 145°F. Keep raw fish and its juices separate from ready-to-eat foods.
Storage and delivery
