Maine is also known for its potato industry. In northern Maine schools would shut down for part of the year for potato harvest! This is becoming less and less common but the potatoes are still delicious! This particular variety is called Chieftain red potatoes. Potatoes are sorted by size; A, B, and C...C being the smallest. We sell Chieftain size C potatoes. We found that are lower in starch levels so they get soft when cooked or boiled. Nothing tops off a lobster dinner than Maine red potatoes!

OMG!, tastes just like I remember FRESH MAINE lobster does. Many years ago I traveled to Maine from Las Vegas where an old boyfriend ( current then) was from and had multiple rounds of lobster for the first time. The lobster I received is all gone. Received fast, super cold, great cooking instructions. I will be back in the future.
