Servings and preparation
Planned for four people, with approximately 8 oz. of scallops and half a pound of potatoes per person before cooking, plus one whoopie pie each. The scallop size grade indicates approximately 10-20 scallops per pound; actual counts vary. The scallops and potatoes require cooking.
Thaw scallops under refrigeration, following the package instructions, then pat dry and pan-sear or prepare with your preferred recipe. Cook seafood to 145°F internally. Cook the potatoes separately until tender. Additional seasoning, cooking oil, and vegetables are not included.
Storage and delivery
