Servings and preparation
Planned for two people. The lobster tails require cooking. The Bairdi crab is already fully cooked and may be served chilled after thawing or gently reheated. Cook the potatoes separately, use the butter as desired and serve one whoopie pie per person. The single pair of seafood shears is shared.
Storage and delivery
Keep the lobster tails and snow crab frozen at or below 0°F. Thaw seafood under refrigeration according to each package label. Store potatoes, butter and desserts according to their own labels rather than freezing the entire assortment together.
