What's included

  • Four Icelandic haddock fillets: 8-10 oz. each, supplied as two two-packs.
  • Two Icelandic cod loins: 16-20 oz. each.
  • One Stonewall Kitchen Down East Tartar Sauce: 7.5 oz. jar.

Portions and preparation

Includes approximately 4-5 lbs. of fish. For eight suggested portions, serve the four haddock fillets individually and divide each cod loin into two portions. This is not eight individually packaged pieces or eight complete dinners. Side dishes, cooking oil, and seasoning are not included.

The fish is raw and frozen and requires cooking. Thaw in the refrigerator; remove vacuum packaging before refrigerator thawing and follow each package's instructions. Cook fish to an internal temperature of 145°F. Keep raw fish and its juices separate from the ready-to-eat sauce and other ready-to-eat foods.

Storage and delivery

Keep the fish frozen until needed. Refrigerate during thawing and use promptly according to the package instructions. Follow the tartar sauce label for storage and refrigeration after opening. Insulated shipping is required; delivery charges and available dates follow the store's current checkout options. Shipping is not included in the displayed merchandise price unless the order qualifies under the current shipping policy.
