Scampi is a classic Mediterranean dish, traditionally made with Norwegian Lobster or sometimes shrimp. Elevate the dish by dressing it up with New England fresh lobster and sea scallops. Butter 4 oz. Butter
Olive oil 1/2 cup Olive oil
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp. Crushed red pepper
Minced garlic cloves 16 Minced garlic cloves
Dijon mustard 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
Paprika 1 tsp. Paprika
Worcestershire sauce 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dry white wine 1/2 cup Dry white wine
Fresh lemon juice 1 Tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
Cooked lobster meat 1 pound Cooked lobster meat
Sea scallops 1 pound Sea scallops

Step 1
1. In a large pan melt butter and oil over low heat. After it has melted, add the garlic and brown slightly over medium heat.

2. Whisk in the mustard, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, and wine.

3. Simmer together on medium-low for 5 minutes

Step 4
4. Next add the lemon juice, lobster, and scallops into the pan. Cook until meat is heated through.
