Shipping & Returns
Shipping Address: Maine Lobster Now will ship all products to the address submitted by the customer. All shipments will ship to the address submitted. If an undeliverable address is submitted no refund or reshipment will be issued. All shipments that have a merchandise value of $800.00 or more require a direct signature. All shipments that are delivered to a business require a signature. All other shipments are sent no signature required. Once shipments are passed to our carrier, UPS or FedEx, shipments guaranteed to be delivered by the end of the next day(excludes Sundays) by 11 pm local time, if they are not delivered by this time than you are eligible for a reshipment of your invoice or full refund. Undeliverable Address: Maine Lobster Now will ship all products to the address submitted by the customer. All shipments will ship to the address submitted. If an undeliverable address is submitted no refund or reshipment will be issued. Shipping to a closed business will also void the customer from any refund. Weather: Once a shipment has been delivered to the carrier, UPS or Fedex, any weather delay will void any eligibility for a refund on products, packaging, or shipping & handling charges. Damaged Package: In the even that you received a package with exterior visible damage, email Maine Lobster Now on the date the package was delivered with photographs of the damage to: email@example.com. Do not throw away contents or packaging as an inspection must occur by our carrier, UPS or FedEx. Refund eligibility will be subject to investigation don't by UPS and Maine Lobster Now. Damaged Products: In the event that products are damaged without any external damage to the package, please photograph the damaged products and email pictures to: firstname.lastname@example.org with your invoice number as the subject line. Refunds will be issued based on investigation of Maine Lobster Now. Missing Products: If your shipment is missing items that are paid on your invoice, you are eligible for a full refund for the missing items only. In the event that items were purchased on a gift card (coupon code), the refund will post to the gift card(coupon code). Items will not be reshipped. All refunds will be issued within 21 days from the date of refund request. All credit card refunds will be paid by check to the customer described in the "billing information" section of the invoice unless the Maine Lobster Now will fully refund all orders prior to the shipping date, once the purchased items are delivered to the shipping carrier it is at Maine Lobster Now's discretion whether to make any refund. Canada: All customs fees and taxes are included in the shipping handling price. There is no guarantee on delivery time or day. Any time given by a sales representative is an estimated time of delivery. We use Worldwide Express and Worldwide Express Saver services which is normally 1-2 business days. UPS Canada has is our assigned customs broker and will be used for all shipments unless otherwise specified by Maine Lobster Now. Saturday delivery is not available in all areas.
