How to Cook Chowder & Bisque

Stove-top:

  1. Bring enough water to a boil in a pot to submerge soup bag.
  2. Place bag of soup in water.
  3. Reduce heat to medium and let simmer 15-20 minutes.
  4. Remove bag with tongs and carefully cut open corner using scissors.
  5. Pour into serving bowl and serve.

Microwave:

  1. Place unopened bag in microwave.
  2. Microwave on defrost for 6-8 minutes.
  3. Carefully cut open corner of bag and pour into a microwave safe dish.
  4. Microwave on high for 3-5 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Stir well before serving.
WARNING: CONTENTS WILL BE VERY HOT.
