The Health Benefits of Salmon

Salmon is an excellent source of vitamin B12 to help regulate cells and provides a wealth of omega-3 fatty acids, which have been proven to help lower the risk of cardiovascular diseases, as well as some types of cancer, dementia, and Alzheimer’s.
